In the studio

So i took to the studio to lay down some bass tracks for the new Kiera Plan album. Shawn O’Brien took the picture. We are working with the talented Vince Ratti from Zolof the Rock and Roll Destroyer in his studio. Guest drummer on the album was borrowed from Valencia. More news as it occurs!

I’m working on some projects, staying busy.

Most of these projects are top secret.  I’m going to try to upload some free music for people to download.  I shall get full up and running hopefully link some things.  For now keep buying FUBAR we appreciate the support.

Vino!!!

veiw from the winery

Yes, I must have mentioned that I partake in the ancient craft of making wine.  A passion of mine and with harvest season coming late in part due to the weather conditions, I have started four new California central valley wines.  I imported some great juice from the west coast, very excited.  Thought I would share, I am currently fermenting a Pinot Noir, an Old vine Zinfandel, a Pinot Grio and a Zinfandel Blush.  I am due to get some Italian juices shortly as well.  Good stuff.

wow not much up

Man I was so busy just a few weeks ago.  Now I guess its time to hunker down and get some junk done, clean house so to speak.  Little bit more time to focus on myself.  Wish I had a cool pic to share.  Maybe I will find something soon.  Anyway at least one new big project is going on.  Something that might just blow your mind that it could come from my twisted mind.  Catch you on the flip side.

For now I will promote what I am listening to right now

Circa Survive- Appendage

Can’t rave enough about how awesome this band is.

Thank you baltimore comicon

We had a great time at the con, met some really cool new people.  Promoted the fudge out of our book and Jim still has hand cramps from all the commissions.  Kind of amazing.  So here’s just a few people I would like to mention,

Rafer Roberts our booth mate

FUBAR of course, the most impressive booth in the whole convention thanks to Steve Becker, Jeff McComsey and Dom Vivona

215 Ink and a real impressive roster of artists, special shout out to Rolf Lejdegård and his project Blue Moth all the way from Sweden just in for the con!

Ben Truman and Tim Truman’s new project Hawken looks amazing and intense, super nice guys and amazingly talented

Can’t leave out the coolest drinking partners we had, the Shockley Bros and James from PLB Comics putting out some badass stuff.

I have no doubt that I’ve forgotten some of the cool talent that I met, thanks to the fans for stopping by the booth.  Hope you enjoy.  Here is a pick of Jim working hard.
